Orders are normally processed and shipped within one business day.

United States – $12 CAD
International – $20 CAD or more
FREE SHIPPING within Canada on orders over $125CDN (pre-tax)

Standard Shipping Times
Canada, 3 – 7 business days.
USA, 5 – 9 business days
International, 2 – 6 weeks.

Payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment must be made prior to your order being shipped.

Payment can be made by:
- Visa or MasterCard
- Money Orders or Certified Cheques (from a Canadian Financial Institution).
Taxes
Baby’s clothes are not subject to Ontario PST.
Canada
Ontario Residents pay 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on items that are not tax exempt.
Canadian Residents pay 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
International Orders
No GST or PST payable on items shipped outside of Canada. However, please note that these orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach your country. Kai Kids cannot estimate and does not collect any duties and/or taxes that you may be responsible for. Recipients are responsible for paying any of these additional fees. For more customs information, please contact your local customs office.

Returns and exchanges
Kai Kids guarantees 100% satisfaction. Products can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be new, unused and undamaged with original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging. If Kai Kids made a mistake in filling/shipping your order, we will correct the problem immediately. Unfortunately, Kai Kids does not cover the cost of shipping the unwanted items back to Kaikids.com; return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note that for safety reasons, personal skin care products cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse. We are not liable to refund and/or give credit for damaged, misrepresented or ineligible returns.
SALE items are eligible for exchange and store credit only. Kai Kids will pay shipping expenses for outgoing exchanged items.
Credit card refunds will be processed once your package has been received. Your refund will be processed within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post transactions to your account.
Note: We do not offer price adjustments (a refund for the difference paid) for items that go on sale after they have been purchased at the regular price.
